Return and Shipping policy

Shipping: When an item is in stock, we usually ship it within 2 days, if you want it to be shipped sooner or for a specific date, please leave your comment in the comment section during the checkout process. Everything is packed very carefully.

For shipping in foreign countries (out of USA), we will charge the extra shipping costs after the checkout. you will be notified. if you want to know what the extra costs will be, please contact us. Also, you might have to pay custom charges upon arrival that we are not responsible for.

RETURN:

If you are not satisfied with the merchandise you ordered, we will be glad to take it back or to exchange it except for : fabric, items on SALE, tablecloth ordered with an umbrella hole, custom made tablecloths (when you order a specific size), special orders (large orders not in stock).

We will accept returns or exchanges if you ship it back within 5 days. Please send us an email and we will give you an Authorization number: NO RETURN WILL BE ACCEPTED WITHOUT IT. if you send a merchandise back without this authorization and/or after 5 days, we will not credit you. A 30% FEE WILL BE CHARGED FOR RETURNS WITHOUT AUTHORIZATION. Shipping costs to return the merchandise are to be paid by customer. Refund or exchange will be processed if merchandise is received in same condition as when shipped. There will be a 5% restocking fee for all returns (not for exchange). SPECIAL ORDER ONLY:An item is designed as "Special Order Only" (exemple: Mirrors, custom made chandeliers, runners, Biot glassware), when we do not carry those items in stock and we will order them from France specifically for you. It can also be a large order (above $500). The merchandise is non returnable (no exception). If you are not sure if it is a special order, do not hesitate to contact us. Thank you
